綠茶冰皮材料 Ingredients for Green tea snowy skin:
糯米粉 60g Glutinous rice flour
粘米粉 40g Rice flour
低筋麵粉 15g Cake flour
澄麵粉 10g Wheat starch
糖 50g Sugar
牛奶 250ml Milk
植物油 3 湯匙(3 tablespoons) Vegetable oil
煉奶 3 湯匙(3 tablespoons) Sweetened condensed milk
綠茶粉 5g Green tea powder
自製糕粉 To make Fried glutinous rice flour:
糯米粉 30g glutinous rice flour
紅豆蓉材料: Red bean paste filling ingredients:
紅豆 200g Red beans
清水 650ml Water
糖 80g Sugar
麥芽糖 1 ½ 湯匙 1 ½ tablespoons Maltose (optional)
澄麵粉 12g Wheat Flour
植物油 2 茶匙 2 teaspoons Vegetable oil
鹽 少許 Pinch of salt
